We prefer to sell art in the gallery rather than on-line. We believe the work we have in the gallery is best appreciated first hand, in natural light and in three dimensions.

However we do understand that in some circumstances customers may wish to buy from the website. Please bear in mind that images on the website may not give a completely accurate representation of the artwork e.g. the colour of a bronze may be slightly bluer, or greener than it looks in real life. And the screen you are viewing it on may be calibrated differently to another screen.

 

If there is an item that you wish to buy, please contact us. We would prefer the contact to be by email (raglethgallery@gmail.com ) as this provides a record of requests. If you prefer to telephone, please be aware we may not be able to answer the phone during working hours as we may be attending customers in the gallery, but if you leave a message we will respond, normally within 24 hours.

 

Prices and Payments

Our prices are set out on our website in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered.

 

Payment may made be by bank transfer, cheque or over the phone. Instructions for bank transfer payment will be sent to you by email once we have received your order. Orders will be sent once the payment is received or the cheque cleared.

Post and Packing

We will charge postage at cost plus a small packing and admin charge of £2.00 for each order. We will use mainly recycled packaging materials to minimise our carbon footprint, and keep costs down.

 

All items will be sent using Royal Mail Signed for service, to the address you instruct us. We will notify you of the expected delivery time and the tracking code once the item has been sent. For larger items we may use a courier service.

 

We do not ship outside the UK.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £20, £50 and £100. They are valid until 31 December 2020 and are exchangeable for any items for sale at Ragleth Gallery 1 Sandford Place, Church Stretton SY6 6DY.

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund, provided you notify us within 14 days and return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the original purchase. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.

 

You should notify us in writing or email if you are intending to return an item.
