I studied graphic design and illustration at university then began a career in animation as a puppet maker for Cosgrove Hall films and television commercials during which time I was responsible for fabricating the Martians in the Tim Burton film 'Mars Attacks'. I soon trained as a puppet animator for Cosgrove Hall films in Manchester and animated on children’s television programmes such as Noddy, Postman Pat, Bob the Builder and Andy Pandy.

Since 2001 I have been designing and hand printing fun animal prints using my own unique humourous style. I exhibit at galleries and shows throughout the year taking inspiration from birds and animals and especially my own dogs and cats
